MATERIAL
DEVELOPMENT
To meet ever-changing material needs, we have built a thorough,
flexible and responsive compound research and development capability. Our technical staff
is exceptionally well qualified and experienced in the formulation of rubber compounds for
both routine and specialty requirements (including military specifications).We can mix
material to your formulations or give us the environmental service conditions your product
must withstand and we'll develop a special compound. We work regularly with all the
elastomers from natural rubber through a broad range of synthetics. Our well equipped and
expertly staffed material testing laboratory supports this developmental effort. |

CUSTOM RUBBER
MIXING
The rubber materials we use originate in our own custom mixing facility.
This significant capability allows us to maintain tight control over material quality
response times.A wide variety of equipment including a 66" calender allows us to
supply outside customers, as well as our own operations, with mill slabs, calendered
sheets, or extrusions for specific processing needs.
We are not limited to large production runs. We will also readily fill your small
volume orders. |
