R.E. Darling Co. manufactures an almost unlimited selection of high quality custom
molded elastomeric products. We work with a wide variety of shapes, sizes and physical
properties including many rather complex configurations. Even with the varying shrinkage
factors and other unique properties of molded rubber, we can meet close tolerances through
our knowledge of materials and our production experience.
We also have extensive experience in the bonding of rubber to metal, either during
vulcanization, or as a separate process.Our available equipment includes presses
ranging from 12"x12" up to 72"x72" platen size with 2000 tons of
clamping pressure. We have autoclaves up to 6' dia. by 13' long with 250 psi pressure.
These allow us to gear our manufacturing of large and small parts to any scale
production program. |
